Backyard sauces up the NYC street Fair scene by offering a new kind of "fare"

Americans have had a love affair with street fair foods because of their hot off the grill, fresh and delicious taste. But lately, normal street fare has become mundane offering up only its ubiquitous sausage stands, corn on the cob and not much else.

Backyard started with our love affair of innovative and tasty BBQ and we want to bring that same exciting experience to you. We use all fresh meats and ingredients from local purveyors... and we are environmentally friendly, all of our serving containers are made with post-consumer recycled products.

Backyard was created by two guys with passion for BBQ.  Formally a finance guy, Daniel Low decided that he wanted to make a career change to pursue his passion of the culinary arts.  At the French Culinary Institute he befriended his Chef Nate Bohning, also a graduate of FCI, and the rest is history.
